Superbond will operate and manage the platform as well as the marketing of other brands and products owned by Epslon outside of Amazon, for the benefit of strengthening these brands. Epslon will provide monthly financing for the platform’s activities, and in return will receive between 50-85% of the net profits from its activities, depending on the level of monthly financing.
“This agreement is intended to create a strategic infrastructure for Epslon for the company. Superb Node has the capabilities to create organic content without frills, which we have been testing for the past six months,” he said. Ariel Dor, CEO of Epslon. “The collaboration is a force multiplier for the company to achieve its long-term goals, and we believe it will intensify over time.”
Epsalon, which is also involved in locating, purchasing and improving Amazon stores and setting up such stores itself, is working to expand its portfolio, and recently Epslon acquired a $ 617,000 store in Amazon, Mexico and Canada, a private label in the household and kitchenware category.
