Elizabeth Olsen filmed in front of a live audience in WandaVision: It was awesome

The first episode of the upcoming WandaVision MCU TV show was shot in front of a live audience in the tradition of the classic sitcoms it has inspired.

WandaVision features Wanda Maximoff and Vision living an elegant married life in a world based on classic sitcoms. It seems like a fantasy world that has come out of the manipulative powers of Wanda’s reality as she still deals with the grief of Vision’s death.

At the WandaVision press conference, Elizabeth Olsen, who will play Wanda in the show, admitted that performing in front of a live audience was not something she was used to. She said, “This was the first thing we fired. It was so toxic and there was a lot of adrenaline. There were a lot of quick changes, and it really bothered me. ”

Olsen said the idea of not playing for an audience but feeding them was scary for her. “I was very grateful when we installed the fourth wall for our second program,” she said.

WandaVision will first appear with two programs on Jan. 15 on Disney Plus Hotstar Premium.
