The Basketball Association announced today (Monday) that the coach of the Israeli women’s team, Eli Rabi, informed the professional committee that he will not continue in his position after the campaign that ended last month and thanked the union for trusting him, when the chairman of the professional committee, Oranit Schwartz, thanked him for his contribution.
In the words of the announcement: “Rabbi said that he ends his period as the team coach with a sense of great satisfaction and after many years in various positions in the basketball association he makes room for other coaches and said he expects a bright future for the women and women basketball team with 8 players over 1.80m and many other talented players. By the way, Rabbi also referred to Israeli basketball in general and added that in his opinion in the Premier League there should be two foreigners and two Bosmenians, three of whom could be on the field alongside two Israeli players to promote Israeli players and at least four teams should play in European factories.
