Recently, in Beit Shemesh, policemen stationed at polling stations in the city were thrown eggs and other arrows, one of which hit a policeman. Police are currently working to locate the suspects in the act.

Earlier, a report was received of a graffiti address directed against a public official near the polling station in Tel Aviv. A report was forwarded to the local authority that deleted the address and police opened an investigation.

In addition, a woman who came to vote in the city was surprised when she was informed that she had already voted. As a result, there has been a suspicion of forgery, but the police are in no hurry to make statements and rely on past experience, and on the fact that in previous elections it has already happened that the pollsters accidentally deleted the names of voters from the list. The issue under consideration and at the end of it will be decided whether you can vote or not.

Meanwhile, the police reported a man who came to the polls in Rishon Lezion and refused to wear a mask even though he was asked to do so. His examination revealed that he was violating the isolation, he was arrested by the police and later a report was written for him for violating the isolation.

The police said that “large, visible and covert police forces will continue to operate throughout the day in and around the polling stations, all in order to ensure the proper conduct of the elections, maintain the purity of the elections and public order and protect public peace and security.”
