Early joy? The problem with Partner TV continues

Having already announced that the glitch was over, Partner customers reported during the night and morning hours (Wednesday) that the disruptions in the TV service were continuing. Just yesterday the company updated its customers today that it intends to compensate them.

The company’s customers report on the company’s Facebook page that an error message appears on the screen again. According to them, sometimes the broadcasts are repeated. “Please note that the fault has not been resolved and there are still crashes and interruptions, especially in the transition between channels. Maybe you can tell your customers the truth and what is really going to happen with these faults, that’s the least you can do!”

Another customer responded: “Today we woke up to a malfunction again and again the channels are not working. For my 92-year-old mother who sits all day without being able to leave it is very critical. What will happen?”.

As mentioned, yesterday the company announced a compensation package for all customers, which includes three VOD movies for rent, a package of Turkish premium dramas, the Big Brother channel and a Russian package that will open for free for the coming month – from January 13 to February 12.

But there were customers who did not like the compensation. “Were you not able to repair in real time? Give real compensation, even to those who do not speak Russian or are a Turkish enthusiast,” wrote A. from Jerusalem on the company’s Facebook page. “At least a sports package, if not monetary compensation. Your conduct in this crisis casts a heavy shadow over everything you’ve been able to achieve in recent years, but it’s not too late to fix it. Start acting like real partners, not running away from responsibility.”

As you may recall, Partner initially denied that this was a nationwide malfunction and did not update customers, even though it had an impact on hundreds of thousands of users and the company’s Facebook page was flooded with complaints. Later, the company’s telephone service center also completely collapsed.

The company states: “Proper service.”
