Doron Averbuch has been appointed CEO of Deutsche Bank in Israel

Deutsche Bank announced today the appointment of Doron Averbuch to the position of CEO of Deutsche Bank – the Israeli branch, as of February 1, 2021. Averbuch will be responsible for all activities of the Deutsche Bank Group in Israel, in the various business divisions managed locally by Deutsche Securities Israel Ltd. M. and Deutsche Global Markets Ltd.

Averbuch joins Deutsche Bank with over 20 years of experience in international banking. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Averbuch held a number of senior management positions at Credit Suisse in London and was subsequently appointed CEO of Credit Suisse Israel. In this position, Averbuch headed the bank’s business in Israel, including investment banking and private banking. , Lufkin and Generate in London.

Averbuch holds an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Tel Aviv University with honors. Averbuch is a former fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force.
