Lucy Fallon at Coronation Street has teamed up with Pearl Mackie who starred in Doctor Who for the scary audio series Sour Hall.

The two play a same-sex couple starting their new life together on a farm in the six-part series Audible, but things take a scary turn as the home seems to have a supernatural presence their new.

The audio series is an adaptation of Naomi Booth’s short story, Sour Hall, originally created for Audble’s 2019 Hagble project.

A trailer shows the couple moving into their new home at a remote farm, after Lucy George’s character inherits land from ancestors and hopes to start a new life there with her partner Ash (played by Pearl).

The series was recorded using state-of-the-art 360-degree audio on location in Yorkshire.
