Damari added: “All this makes my job easier and purer, I have nothing to fear, I have nowhere to aspire. I just want to represent the judges faithfully and make our workplace better and realize the passion of us all. ”
He goes on to accuse that: “Recently, I ‘socialized’ with the district administrators. Some of them wanted to get their hands on the committee and plant their alleged representatives there. They made promises, made moves and more. All of these are in violation of the law. “The areas should only deal with the management of the area as their role is defined. They should not be allowed to interfere in issues that are not theirs. They should not be allowed to intimidate the young judges.”
Damari goes on to write: “When I noticed that the district administrators seemingly deviated from their duties significantly, to the point of harming the judges, driven by interests, I decided to flood the matter. I sent very clear documentation to the right people. I will do whatever it takes to protect the judges! “It will be clarified that private conversations with judges never came out of the devices, and neither did conversations of any kind.”
In summary, he wrote: “I am here to defend every judge, even if he is on the opposite side and even if he opposes me as long as he does not harm other judges. Many judges know that I can harm them – but also know that I will not do it! Under no circumstances! I will continue to fight for the judges and defend them at all costs, without fear of having a role, without consideration, without personal motives and with great love. I will do it from within or without. “
