News of the death of Roberts, 65, has spread around the world, after it was reported that on Christmas Eve she collapsed and was rushed to a nearby hospital. According to the report, the famous actress stayed in the intensive care unit for several days, after failing to recover from the loss of consciousness she experienced ten days ago.

In the conversation, O’Brien was informed that his partner was still alive and that the report of her death was a mistake of her agent, Mike Fingel, who passed the news to the TMZ news site. “Now are you telling me she’s alive?”, Said the stunned O’Brien who was so happy to hear the news and added, “Oh thank God.”

He said, “When I was there I saw her eyes open and I knew it heralded something good, but the doctors said it was a reflex.” As of this writing, Roberts is still hospitalized, however, rumors of her death were premature.
