YouTube star David Dobrik has released a second apology video amid allegations of ongoing sexual assault against his content creation agency, the Vlog Squad, and brands are quickly cutting ties with him.
Early on Tuesday morning, Dobrik shared a video telling fans: “I have put myself in many situations where I have to apologize for what I have done before and I have never done this right. The video referenced by Dobrik, titled “Let’s Talk” and shared on Dobrik’s YouTube page did not follow, in response to an Insider report detailing rape which occurred while members of the Vlog Squad were filming. On Tuesday, dating app Bumble said it would also break a relationship with Dobrik.
“We have always had a zero tolerance policy for abuse, fraud or threatening behavior of any kind … we had requested that Bumble’s content be removed permanently and we can guarantee that we will not work with David or any of his team again, ”the company said in a statement PopCrave.
