Covid-19 vaccine doses are “coming” and the European Union will not need Russia’s Sputnik V bullet, according to the EU commissioner in charge of repairing the bloc’s vaccination campaign.

Thierry Breton, commissioner for markets within the EU, promised to deliver 100 million doses in April and said the continent of Europe could reach immunity by July 14, which is Bastille Day in France.

Meanwhile, Russians are “struggling to get their hands on” the Sputnik vaccine, a Briton said in a French television interview. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, on the other hand, described her country Sputnik could use.

Most European countries began to get rid of it AstraZeneca Plc will fire on Friday after a halt to assess potential side effects, a halt for the EU vaccination campaign.

When asked about the relatively slow distribution of vaccines in the EU, Britain admitted that Covid-related death rates were higher in the UK and the US, said President Joe Biden who had just achieving a goal of 100 million Americans.

Europe is making up to 150 million doses a month, the British said, adding that it calls the AstraZeneca CEO every day to monitor production. European leaders have blamed the company for delays in the vaccination campaign and for prioritizing the UK over the EU in delivery.
