Corsair announces favorable judgment at Ironburg Inventions Ltd. v. Valve Corp Nasdaq: CRSR

FREMONT, Calif., Feb. 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Corsair Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRSR) (“Corsair”), a leading global provider and innovator of high-performance gear for gamers and content creators and whose subsidiaries Scuf Gaming and Ironburg Inventions Ltd., announced, on 1 February 2021 in a patent infringement case, Ironburg Inventions Ltd. v. Valve Corp, U.S. District Court for the Washington West District in Seattle found that the jury unanimously found that Valve Corp. Patent infringed 8,641,525 control at Ironburg and gave Ironburg more than $ 4 million. In addition, the jury unanimously found a deliberate break-in by Valve Corp. The jury’s deliberate breach judgment is the first step to a potential reward of remedial damage up to the statutory limit of plowing damages.
