Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) is shocked to learn that her son Simon Barlow (Alex Bain) is dealing drugs and threatening to tell the police, but will that put them both in danger?
Stress Yasmeen Metcalfe (Shelley King) falls apart as she fears she could go back to prison, while she incarcerated Johnny Connor (Richard Hawley) dies behind bars after co closure, and Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) confesses heartbreak.

Simon refuses to stop drugs
Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan) brags to Nick Tilsley’s father (Ben Price) about the unfavorable things he saw Simon and his dodgy partner Jacob Hay (Jack James Ryan) do, and Si has to admit to Leanne that he is dealing drugs to pay off the climbing debts his mother received.
Lee is lively but blames herself for letting things through as she lamented Oliver. Turning to the family for help, Carla Connor (Alison King) refuses to bring in a precarious Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) but has a word with Jacob himself, urging his stepdaughter to be left alone. Big mistake, as it leaves Si embarrassed and determined to give Jacob more influence so he can continue to deal with putting food on the table. Leanne threatens to go to the cops because Simon takes her bad boy to the flat to count their drug money – can she really buy her own son?
Yasmeen fled to the hospital
Reminding evil Geoff of the level of financial lies he left her in pushing Yasmeen to the point of bankruptcy, and she fell at home in the grip of a panic attack. Convinced that she could return to prison, Yas is reassured by Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) and Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) that get her to the hospital.
After his release, Yasmeen takes stock and begins positive steps to erase the memory of her brutal husband because of her mental health. Tim wants to transfer everything his father left to his stepmother, but Yasmeen just wants to keep the house and surprises everyone by offering the shares in Speed Daal for Elaine Jones (Paula Wilcox) who lives in Geoff. Will the two find a closure on their problem together?
Johnny hit in jail
When Johnny fights another prisoner he gets an unprepared blow, leaving Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) even more concerned about her husband ‘s state of mind and intellect. The only thing that makes a life behind portable bars is Mr. Connor ‘s symptoms on his dead son Aidan, so he’s willing to start taking his MS medication to put them down.
Jen despises him, while minxy Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) thinks his stepmother should ditch the dead jail and arrange a date with the fella. went with her in the bistro a few weeks ago. Pointing that this is far from helpful, Jenny then forces her husband to take the coins – otherwise he will die in his cell. Does Johnny choose life?
Nina and Asha over already?
The unexpected romance between Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) and Asha is sweet, lame and very pleasant. So of course the couple is already hitting the rocks – it’s soap, what were you expecting? This week, Asha is out with her boyfriend courting her to go bat – watching with her uncle Roy Cropper (David Neilson). Later on, Nina also lies down that she’s busy getting away from attending an amazing birthday party for Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) – is she avoiding Asha?
Explaining that it is healthy for a couple to maintain different interests, while reassuring the teenager that she wants to take their romance slowly and has no doubt, Nina then taken away when Asha admits that she has fallen in love with her. Being invited to family gatherings feels a bit overwhelming, so how does the goth gobby deal with this big test?
