The Corona of the Young: According to data from the Ministry of Health published today (Thursday), 38 children and adolescents up to the age of 18 who contracted corona arrived in critical condition in corona wards across the country, and the condition of four of them deteriorated to the point of connection to a respirator and is defined as human. A tragic incident was recorded today in East Jerusalem, where a 26-year-old corona patient from the Ras al-Amud neighborhood collapsed and died. The MDA team that arrived at the scene located him without a pulse and evacuated him to the shock room in the emergency department at Hadassah Hospital on Mount Scopus. Found to be apparently unstable.
Earlier this week, Hadassah Hospital announced that Osnat Ben Sheetrit, a 32-year-old young corona patient who was in her 30th week of pregnancy, had died in the hospital’s intensive care unit. The hospital staff’s efforts to revive the fetus were also unsuccessful. She was hospitalized due to respiratory distress in the intensive care unit for corona patients at Hadassah Ein Kerem, when she was in critical condition. Her condition began to deteriorate during the night and she developed a picture of multi-system failure.
