Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, Israel Adesanya among UFC stars featured in Eminem’s latest single

In Eminem’s latest single, ‘Higher’, there were a handful of UFC superstitions including Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, Israel Adesanya, Kamaru Usman, and many other fighters.

The legendary rapper recently reached an agreement with the UFC which also saw him appear on one of the ESPN divisions alongside Dana White. The two men were engaged in a verbal war, which was only recorded for introduction into Eminem’s latest route.

Higher a song was released by Eminem in December 2020 on the deluxe B side edition of his latest album, ‘Music to be Murdered by’. However, the song’s music video was released to Eminem’s YouTube channel in late January 2021.

Kevin Wilson at ESPN also won praise for the popular rapper for his involvement with the UFC.

“It has always been amazing to work with Eminem for advertising and programming content on various ESPN premises over the years… To be able to work on this video with his team – not just showcasing our team ‘s good UFC coverage but also discussing it directly on ABC, just valuable, “he told ESPN.

Eminem also promoted the expected UFC 257 PPV. ‘Slim Shady’ was on teaser videos of Higher a song on his social media featuring both Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier. UFC 257 became the second best selling PPV ever in UFC history.

When is the next UFC event?

After Abu Dabhi ‘s’ triple – header fighting week’ in January, the UFC has finally returned to hosting events at the Apex Facility in Las Vegas.

UFC Vegas 18 was held earlier today and was led by Alistair Overeem and Alexander Volkov. The 32-year-old Russian defeated Overeem to make his appearance in the second round.

The next UFC event will be led by mainstream welterweight champion Kamaru Usman, and his opponent Gilbert Burns, at UFC 258.

Usman last fought Jorge Masvidal in July last year, and won the victory through a unanimous decision. However, Burns is making a big impact on former champion Tyron Woodley.

The last two welterweights hit at UFC 258 after postponing their fight twice.
