Leaps today and the company reaches a market value of about NIS 38 million. This, following the report that the company Compiolab Is on the verge of an IPO on the local stock exchange, after a company submitted a draft prospectus to the Securities Authority yesterday.
Technofels holds 14.6% in CompuLab. The offering is expected to include a put offer for most of the shares held by Technofels. CompuLab is engaged in the development, production and marketing of minicomputers and computers on a card.
In the first half of the year, CompuLab brought in NIS 62 million (NIS 124 million on an annual basis), a gross profit of NIS 26 million and NIS 10 million in net profit (NIS 52 million and NIS 20 million, respectively).
In 2019, the company presented revenues of NIS 107 million, a gross profit of NIS 35 million and an operating profit of NIS 5 million. This year, CompuLab received a valuation of NIS 153.7 million from an external appraiser, reflecting a value of NIS 22.5 million for the holding of Technofels in the company.
