Coldplay shouts BTS for ‘Fix You’ cover on MTV Unplugged, Entertainment News

It was a big night for BTS fans as the Korean pop band played on MTV Unplugged giving themselves a twist to the recently broadcast program.

While BTS sang their own famous songs such as ‘Dynamite’, ‘Telepathy’ among others, it was a track that caught the attention of fans of their version of Coldplay’s ‘Fix You’.

The song also comes in handy as the world continues to betray the coronavirus pandemic.

After the performance of MTV Unplugged, BTS fans blocked the internet with answers. But one response that stood out was the members of the band Coldplay themselves to the cover of their song.

Coldplay submitted a tweet praising the beautiful BTS cover of Fix You. Coldplay wrote “Beautiful” in Korean and added three white hearts to the tweet. Coldplay members keynote speaker, rhythm guitarist and pianist Chris Martin, lead guitarist Jonny Buckland, musician Guy Berryman, and drummer Will Champion, fell in love with the Korean pop band. They were tagging the official BTS Twitter grip.

Not only that, Coldplay even posted a BTS performance video ‘Fix You’ for fans to watch.

‘Fix You’, is part of Coldplay X&Y’s 2005 album. It is described as another rock and Brit-pop song, inspired by a personal tragedy in the life of Chris Martin.
