Pittsburgh suffered a disastrous first half while Cincinnati was in favor.

The Steelers had two yards of offense and Roethlisberger had four out of 10 passes for less than five yards in the first quarter.

Instead the two Pittsburgh possessions that didn’t end in punts ended with a turnaround, and the Bengals got involved.

A botched midfielder’s return was brought back by Josh Bynes and led to a 34-yard field goal by Austin Seibert for the Bengals ’3-0 lead. This was Seibert’s first field goal after taking over for Randy Bullock.

Seibert was wide of just 55-yards late in the first quarter, but Cincinnati got the ball back when catcher JuJu Smith-Schuster passed the ball to Vonn Bell at the Pittsburgh 38-yard line.

Seven plays later, Bernard moved right, then cut to the endzone for a four-yard scoring run to make it 10-0 in the second quarter.

Another turn of Steelers, intercepted by Mackensie Alexander, helped set Finley a 14-yard touchdown pass to Bernard to make it 17-0.

Chris Boswell’s 25-yard goal closed the deficit to 17-10 late in the third quarter.

On a nine-game, 80-yard touchdown pass into the fourth quarter, the Bengals pushed him 24-10 on 23-yard keeper Finley.

Snell’s one-yard dive pulled into the Pittsburgh endzone to within a score of 24-17 with 5:32 remaining.

However, Seibert of the Bengals scored a 33-field goal with 12 seconds left to seal the win.
