Christina Anstead pushes back criticism about her weight as fans accuse her of being too tired: ‘I eat, and I eat healthy’
Christina Anstead has returned to bodybuilding after being warranted to get ideas about being too tired.
The HGTV star, 37, who divorced her husband Ant Anstead in September, had taken a mirror selfie from her bathroom showing her in skinny ripped jeans and a sweater.

Some of her fans added to her look while others expressed concern about her slim frame.
‘You look so thin .. are you okay? wrote one Instagram user.
‘Love you, try EAT.’ another well-meaning fan came in, as another got a shock. ‘Dear god your way to thin, he looks sick. Your beautiful gurl put some meat on those bones. ‘
After noticing all the negative comments, Christina shared her Instagram stories with video to address the criticism.
‘So people say I look really tired and I have to eat,’ she began. ‘This is definitely the way I’ve always measured. ‘

This comes after Ant admitted he had lost more than 20lbs after his fans noticed his slim body.
