This is the time of year when everyone around the world starts planning their fitness goals.
And Chris Hemsworth is helping fans achieve New Year’s resolutions for 2021 by offering six weeks of free access to his Centr workout app.
Posting to Instagram on Thursday, the 37-year-old actor Thor shared an exercise video to encourage his fans to join the program.

In the film, Chris put his animated body in a black-and-white ensemble with shorts and singles.
He did a number of hard jobs, including climbing a rope, weights and throwing a medicine ball.

Chris gave a little encouragement in a voice over, saying: ‘Last year was a kind of pain in the ** e, am I right?
‘Is this going to be better this year? It would be best to be, but I am not going to sit around hoping for it and you are not.
‘It’s time to get up, move, fight back, get the job done and take care of yourself.’

The six-week offer is free from 30 December to 7 January.
Chris Centr launched in January 2019. The program offers personalized plans to help consumers achieve their fitness goals, including more than 1,000 unique workplaces and more than 500 recipe.
Members will also have access to Centr’s private Facebook group, which provides a supportive space for users to share their experiences with others from around the world.
