Beginning of an article

The big 32 stage of the English Cup continued today (Sunday) with five games, and in the first of them, Chelsea did not really have a hard time reaching the quarterfinals with a light 1: 3 over Lawton. After that, Leicester scored 1: 3 against Brentford and Burnley beat Fulham 0: 3. Everton ended the evening with a light 0: 3 against the weak Sheffield Wednesday.

Chelsea – Lawton 1: 3
Alongside the unconvincing ability in the league, at least in the Cup, Frank Lampard’s team continues to do its thing and skipped the semi-finals with a victory over the rival from the Championship, thanks to a hat-trick by Tami Avraham (11, 17, 74).

Timo Werner missed from the penalty spot in the 86th minute, while Jordan Clark only shrank temporarily (30). Next up Chelsea will face another sub-league rival in the form of Barensley, who ousted champions Norwich.

Brentford – Leicester 3: 1
Following the news of star Jamie Vardy’s long absence, Brendan Rogers’ side have qualified for the quarter-finals of the English Cup and beat Brentford 1: 3 from the Championship.

Already in the 6th minute, a corner kick created a mess in Leicester’s field and Mads Sorensen raised the team from West London to 0: 1. By the end of the first half, the game was relatively evenly run. But with the rise to the second half, Leicester City began to explode.

Already in the 46th minute an excellent team move by the visitors left Genghis Onder alone in the box after a pass from James Madison. The Turk did not get confused and finished excellently to set up a 1-1 draw. Five minutes later, Yuri Tillmans scored from the penalty spot and set up a 1-2 draw for Leicester. In the 71st minute, the foxes closed the story. Madison scored after a rebound and made it 1: 3.

Everton – Sheffield Wednesday 0: 3
The Topies had no trouble to say the least in front of the dismantled guest, who is still looking for a coach after the dismissal of Tony Paulis. It seems that Carlo Ancelotti is interested in going all the way to the factory when he chooses to come up with a very powerful vehicle.

The celebration began in the 29th minute with a delivery from Andre Gomes, and Dominic Calbert Levin finished on the net with ease. Richerlison (29) doubled the lead after a Hamas Rodriguez level, and Mina’s shot sealed the result with another 62-yard touchdown after another Hamas fumble.
