Illness data of the morbidity data continues to appear optimistic. Data from the ultra-Orthodox society reveal that Rechasim leads with the highest rate of vaccination (30%) to localities with more than 10,000 people. It is followed by Bnei Brak with 27%, Elad with 22%, Modi’in Illit with 20% and Beitar Illit with 18%.
However, according to AMN data, the number of patients in critical condition is still considered relatively high and declining slowly – more than 700 on a weekly average, and therefore the extent of morbidity may indicate a re-emergence. Due to the vaccination campaign, the decline in the severity of the serious illness seems to be very slow and is probably due to the fact that a significant part of the middle-aged population has not yet been vaccinated.

Today the Constitution Committee is expected to convene for another discussion on the opening of the heavens. According to the National Security Agency, the return of tens of thousands of Israelis to Israel from different countries may introduce a variety of variants that will also stabilize the recovering and vaccinated at risk, and therefore this must be taken into account.
