Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian issue custody agreement over Dream girl as they agree to share the physical custody of a four-year-old child

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have reached a catch-up agreement for their four-year-old daughter, Dream.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 33, and entrepreneur Lashed, 32, were able to reach an agreement ‘without court intervention,’ according to court docks filed Dec. 8, Us Weekly reported .
The Washington, DC native and sock designer, in court docks, agrees to share the physical care of their daughter by running weekly, and sharing vacations and holidays.

Under the new agreement, ‘Beginning December 2, 2020, and every other week thereafter, a respondent [Kardashian] the toddler will be in custody from Wednesday at 10:00 am on Saturday at 10:00 am, ‘and’ petitioner [Chyna] he will hold the baby from Saturday at 10:00 am to Tuesday at 10:00 am starting December 5, 2020, and weekly thereafter. ‘
The new agreement comes more than three years after the former couple established their father’s arrangement that they did not abide by.
Under the new agreement, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian agreed not to be ‘under the influence of alcohol or other substances’ when the child is in care.
Kardashian had previously asked the court to test Chyna – who is also the mother of King Cairo’s son, eight, with rapper Tyga – for alcohol and drug use, after he said she was under the influence of the both, claims she denied.

Chyna had petitioned the court to hire a nanny to be on hand during Kardashian with their daughter.
Both have filed both applications to the court that were made against each other.
The agreement, for now, ends years of lawsuits back and forth between the exes, as Kardashian unsuccessfully tried to get one care of the child, to the they welcomed in November of 2016.
The celebs were first tied up in January 2016, they announced the tie in April, but parted ways in November of that year.
