“Beat his partner – and demand that she cleanse the blood”

Another case of violence against women by their spouse: A serious indictment was filed in the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court today (Tuesday) against a 47-year-old Holon resident for threats and assault causing damage to his spouse. According to the indictment, the details of which are now being revealed, the spouse handed the woman a mask of abuse for two hours when, among other things, he hit her with a stick.

The indictment states that the complainant slept in her bed while the accused was in the apartment and at one point reached the bed in an attempt to hug her. The complainant, who awoke from her sleep, told the defendant to go to bed – which led to a mask of violence that began with the defendant grabbing her hand and pulling her hair with his other hand, and began dragging her from her hair out of bed towards the living room of the house. He later told her to get out of the house, and when she refused he approached her and started attacking her with his fists in her face and head, cursing her and calling her a “whore”.

The defendant then ordered the assailant to return a ring she was wearing on her finger, and when she began to take out the ring she took a kitchen knife, approached the complainant and threatened her that “now I will help you take out the knife, I will take it out with the ring … I will cut the finger Along with the ring. “

Later, when the complainant entered the bedroom in order to get dressed and leave the apartment, the accused followed her while continuing to curse her, then blocked the front door and ordered her to bring him her mobile phone. When she refused, he began to attack her with his fists numerous times on her ribs, abdomen, sides and center of her body, when the complainant begged him to stop hitting her. Following the assault, the complainant began to bleed heavily from her nose and face.

“I will cut you to pieces and no one will look for you”

The indictment goes on to describe the shocking abuse mask on the spouse, according to which after the aforesaid complainant refused to hand over her mobile phone, he took her bag and poured all its contents into the ground. Later, when the victim wanted to wash the blood from her face and pastry, he started shouting at her: “You’re a bitch and you wash yourself too much.” Immediately afterwards, he grabbed her hair and dragged her to the living room, tossing it on the sofa – causing the furniture to be stained with blood dripping from the complainant’s face. Later in the incident, he verbally assaulted her when he told her, “Look what you did to the couch … the couch is more expensive than you.” At this point the defendant got up from the couch, took a floor rag and threw it at the complainant who was lying on the floor, telling her: “Get up garbage, look what you did, get up and clean everything up.”

The indictment further states that during the move the victim’s cries for help shouted at her defendant: “Shut up do not shout, no one will help you because you are nothing and I will cut you into pieces and I will get you out of here and no one will look for you”. After continuing to beat her, he even threatened her: “From here you will not come out alive.”

Attacked with a stick until it broke and said: “There is another mop in the bath”

Another shocking incident of violence described in the indictment occurred when the defendant took a wooden stick belonging to the wiper and demanded the cell phone from her while threatening her “If you do not bring the cell phone now I with the wiper will break your whole head”. Then, he started attacking her with it on all parts of her body – until the stick broke into pieces. After the stick broke, the defendant said to the complainant: “You did not understand, there is another mop” and went to the bathroom, took a wooden stick from there belonging to another mop, and the complainant went to the window, opened it and started shouting for help. Immediately and immediately, the defendant approached the complainant, pushed her to the floor and started hitting the floor by punching her in the head and face and kicking two kicks in the abdomen.

The violent incident ended when police officers who were called to the scene knocked on the door of the apartment. When she heard the policemen at the door, the complainant said to her partner: “It’s all over.” After this, the defendant approached the complainant and punched her twice, while the police knocked on the front door of the house.

Following the attack, which lasted about two hours, the complainant was evacuated to a hospital, due to the injuries inflicted on her. The defendant is in custody, and now the police are seeking to extend his detention until the end of the legal proceedings.
