Jess and Dan have been allowed to stay on the test to see if their love can grow and Mick and Dan ‘s wife, Tamara Joy, has now left the competition.

With just a week left in the test, Jess had told Mick that she wanted to stay in the competition under the guise of regaining their friendship after things went awry between them.

But in reality, she hadn’t wanted to leave yet because she lives in Perth and Dan lives on Sunshine Coast so she wanted to stay to get close.

For three weeks in a row, Mick had written ‘leave’ at the engagement event, knowing the relationship was over.

Very noble for him: Fans were also pleased that Mick caught up with his love partner Dan despite his actions and persuaded him not to spend his time with Jess.

But Jess had written ‘stay’ every time, forcing him to stay on the show – because the rules are there, you can only leave if both partners say they want to.

As the show drew to a close, viewers praised Mick for mocking Dan’s love rival despite his actions and noted that, during the hood, he he warned Jess, whistling: ‘Don’t do it, seriously. For the love of God, you are better than that, champ. ‘

Fans tweeted: ‘I’ll tell you what Mick is better for shaking and mocking Dan before he leaves. I would have given him an uppercut. #MAFS. ‘

‘Mick deserved better. He needs treatment to deal with this level of emotional distress.

‘Him hugging Dan (the b ** tard who took a shower like a fake pig) showed us what a real man looks like. Jess is VILE. ‘
