Asus plans to launch Zenfone Mini Tight

Asus is working on a smaller smartphone, reports Digitimes.

According to the report, the smartphone is called “Zenfone Mini”. The report does not specify the screen size, but it is said to be much smaller than the Asus’ 6Z, which has a 6.4-inch screen. The Gizmochina report states that the screen will have a screen size below 6-inches, but not less than 5.5-inches. Other details about the phone are not yet known.

As it is going to be an advanced level clamshell phone, it could come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. You can also expect high-end camera and fast cost support.

The smallest Zenfone could target Apple’s iPhone 12 mini. The smartphone has a 5.4-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. It also comes with an A14 Bionic chip, 12MP + 12MP ultra wide camera setting on the back, 12MP selfie camera, 2,227mAh battery.

In addition to Asus, Sony is also looking at cracking down on consumers ’favorite smaller smartphones. According to OnLeaks, Sony is going to bring a revived Xperia lineup of smartphones. The upcoming Sony smartphone measures just 140 x 68.9 x 8.9mm. There will be a 5.5-inch display.

The upcoming Sony handset will have thicker bezels, a larger chin, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera held in fear of a watery shape adding to the leak.
