Astronauts find the remains of Earth-like planets orbit four dwarf stars in deep space

Scientists have long been searching for planets with Earth-like properties, but so far they have found no one except Mars, which was much easier to find because we ‘circulating the same solar system side by side. However, astronomers from the University of Warwick may have found the remains of Earth-like planets. According to Express, the UK-based scientists have found the remains of planets with Earth-like crusts orbiting the atmosphere of four dwarf stars in deep space.

Scientists say that these planets may have existed billions of years ago when the universe was still in its infancy. Scientists have found traces of sodium and calcium on the remnants of the now extinct planets. They also found the outer layers containing up to 3,00,000 gigatonnes of rocky debris, including 3,000 gigatonnes of potassium and 60 gigatonnes of lithium. The crusts of the empty planets are similar to Earth and Mars, indicating that a planet like ours has existed or is still in deep space.

Scientists used data from the European Space Agency’s Gaia telescope to study the dwarf stars that contained elements such as our solar system. The team used spectroscopy to identify similar elements in nearby stars by analyzing the light that each star emits at different waves. Scientists studied more than 1,000 dwarf stars before entering the four, where Earth-like planets existed nearly 10 billion years ago.

A very hot planet found with a density similar to Earth

Recently, scientists discovered a strange overheated exoplanet with a similar density to Earth, orbiting one of the oldest stars in the Milky Way galaxy. Referring to TOI-561b, astronomers reported that the exoplanet had an average temperature above 3,140 Fahrenheit, making it impossible for any form of life to survive. The temperature on the planet is high because it turns very close to the sun. Researchers also showed that although the density of TOI-561b is similar to the density of the earth, it is fifty times the size of our planet.
