There has been a lot of speculation and rumors reported about the virtual reality headset by Apple and the latest report not only offers an insight into the price range it could have but also an idea of what it might look like. . According to a recent report by The Information, the device is expected to have 8K displays and more than a dozen cameras. Also, the headset will be quite expensive and its price can go as high as $ 3,000 (around Rs 2,18,000).

The portal says that Apple is working on the mixed-reality headset and has mentioned someone with direct knowledge of the device. The product is touted to come with 8K ultra-high resolution display capability and eye tracking technology. It is also expected to come with over a dozen cameras. These will help in capturing real-world video and closely monitoring hand movements.
He goes on to refer to an older report by Bloomberg that was talking about the machine being made with mesh cloth instead of plastic to make it lightweight. The headset was designed to operate as a stand-alone device, which means it can operate on a cell instead of needing support from any charging portal on the wall or Mac. It was also reported that the headset will feature a fan and come with a powerful processor.
The introduction of a large, fan and lightweight processor all indicates a high price range and the report suggests it will be around $ 3,000.
The portal also provided a portion of Apple’s headset, which is reportedly based on the “Apple internal images of a prototype at a late stage from last year”.
