Apple today started offering updated versions of the M1 MacBook Air which was first released in November 2020. Prices for refurbished MacBook Air models start at $ 849, which is $ 150 more cheaper than the standard $ 999 starting price for a new model.
Apple has gold, silver, and gray models of the M1 MacBook Air spacecraft with an 8-core CPU, 7-core GPU, and 8GB of RAM available for purchase, along with one $ 1,019 higher-priced 16GB-RAM model.
Prices are about 15 percent less than retail, which is typical for refurbishing appliances. Apple yesterday also began selling refurbished M1 MacBook Pro models for the first time.
Apple has limited stock available and the content of the refurbished store will vary depending on what people have put in for repair and refurbishment. Additional high-end models may be added in the future, so those looking for a special M1 MacBook Air configuration should check back regularly.
All Apple refurbished Macs are sold with the same one-year warranty provided with a new device, along with all manuals and accessories, including a device -USB-C power switch and USB-C cable.
