Anushka Sharma goes for an indoor box in the last part of pregnancy, doing cardio work on a treadmill – fitness

Even the cold and wet weather couldn’t stop Anushka Sharma’s mammy-to-be fitness exercise while the diva turned to move in on a treadmill, so she could stay healthy in the last piece of her pregnancy. As the storms prepare to visit Anushka and cricketer Virat Kohli next month, the diva is setting fitness goals for all pregnant women with her latest cardio workout on the mast tread.

Catching up on her social media, the actress shared a boomerang video that gave her an insight into her intense work session. Pulling down a leggy white tee that grew her baby bumps well, Anushka paired up with a pair of black yoga pants and completed her athletic look with a pair of gray running shoes.

Pulling her hair back in half a clutch to keep her tartan off her face, the diva was seen shining a radiant smile for the camera and her heavy cry was not allowed. The mirror at the back reflected the gym position as Anushka blacked out the video for more information.

Warning:

However, mothers need to keep safety in mind if they opt for cardio exercise during their heavy days and not push beyond comfortable limits. While staying active during your pregnancy may increase your energy, it is important that you take a few pregnancy-specific changes in your running routine after talking to your obstetrician or other health care professionals, to keep your baby safe.

If your healthcare team gives a green mark to your running practice, stick to a flat ground or tread base to see the scale of action. Hold on to the treadmill rails to avoid any errors but do not grip and keep up with the belt on the plow.
