Raz Stein, the Hapoel Haifa striker who was officially released today (Tuesday) from the club at his request, on his way to Hapoel Tel Aviv after concluding his terms and is expected to sign at the Khodorov complex soon, at the request of Nir Klinger, who greatly appreciates the striker and wanted to bring him to Wolfson last summer.
Just a week and a half ago, Stein himself “took” two points to Hapoel Tel Aviv with his equalizer at Bloomfield Stadium (2: 2) and soon he will probably try to help Klinger and his new friends get points to escape last place in the Premier League table, in order to survive this season.
Stein, who grew up in the youth department of Maccabi Tel Aviv, played in the youth of Maccabi Haifa and rose to the seniors, but did not play with the first team of the Greens. He was first loaned to Hapoel Katamon, he also moved to Hapoel Acre and Maccabi Herzliya until he reached the Ness Ziona section, with which he qualified for the Premier League and with it also relegated back to the National League. After that, he signed with Hapoel Haifa, scored twice since the beginning of the season and did not get too many opportunities for him from Haim Sylves, and now he is on his way from Carmel to Tel Aviv.
