Soon, in the second round after the forced break, Maccabi Haifa will play against Maccabi Tel Aviv. Noble Omar will probably not come to this game as a car player, they will probably get him involved gradually, but he will still be in the center.
This is how it is when there is a story that goes beyond the boundaries of the field, and of course the discussion created around those events is important and worth learning from. But Noble, so at least hopefully in Haifa, will someday be at the center in everything related to football. For this, in the end, it was decided to seal it despite everything around it.

The main preoccupation with Noble’s signature was around the question of whether it was a proper move or not. That’s right, the issue should be on the table, it’s important to discuss, and it is possible to understand the arguments of both parties. Alongside them you can also talk about football. He may be less important than those discussions, but for his sake we have come together. And noble signing has of course professional implications.
Arigo Saki, one of the more thinking coaches who knew the game, the one who led the great Milan, once said that when a football team works well it’s just the time to fix it. Saki explained that on days when there are bad results and the team is full of problems, it is difficult to make improvements and corrections. The more complicated it is to get good players into a sick system, the harder it is to work on sophisticated team moves while the basic questions are no longer successful. Maccabi Haifa is currently in a good position. This is the right time for her to fix future problems.
One of these problems has to do with game spacing. Barak Bachar currently plays on both wings with players who like to be in the center, Charon Cherry and Dolev Haziza, and his only classic line player is Yannick Wildshot (on the left). Noble is also a player who likes to cut in from the wing, but his starting position, close to the line, leads to greater spacing, which can help in the face of crowded rivals.

Maccabi Haifa is first in the league in the number of attacks from the left wing, and by a large margin. But since Cherry is constantly in the center, she is in fifth place from the end in the amount of attacks on the right. In fact, this is the team with the largest difference, statistically, in attempting attacks between the wings (Hapoel Haifa is second, in favor of the right side). If in a particular game Bachar prefers his space from another place he can, for example, tell Cherry to come from the left and Noble to cling to the right wing. At the moment things are working well, but the season is long and Becher will need it.
Noble is a wing player and there, as mentioned, play firecracker and sherry, but if you have to bet on which player can be hurt the most from the new acquisition, then it is actually Yuval Ashkenazi, who plays in the middle.
Bachar started the season with Ashkenazi in the lineup, in a 1 – 3 – 2 – 4 formation, but later moved on to a 3 – 4 – 4 formation with Muhammad Abu-Fani. Ashkenazi was also injured during the season, and now comes up mostly as a substitute, as he was sent to the grass to play close to Nikita Rokavica. Not the same position as a nobleman, but a problem for Ashkenazi.

When Becher wants to change something, to bring in the same player who is closer to Rokavica instead of a central contact, why not choose a noble-cherry-firing triangle? Cherry is a superstar in Haifa and a firefighter in amazing shape, one who is not talked about enough. Both can be in the role of Ashkenazi, an offensive midfielder behind the striker. However, Bachar must try to keep Ashkenazi in the picture because his style of play, and his outstanding qualities, are fundamentally different from those of the others. Sometimes the change in the game can bring the player with the other style and not necessarily the one who is considered the best player.
At Maccabi Tel Aviv, Vladimir Ivitch tried not to play with two wingers who do not contribute much to the defense. Maybe one, not two together. So at one point Yonatan Cohen and Eliran Atar were not on the roster. Ivica, not only because of his offensive ability but also because he has excellent pressure play and defensive contribution.
Of all the attacking players in the league, forwards and strikers, Noble was ranked second in the league last season in a number of successful tackles. The only one who preceded him? Haziza, and that’s just because Haziza, unlike the current season, played most of the time in the center of the link, a position where a higher number of tackles are always recorded.

Maccabi Haifa has not finished its offensive shopping for the window, it also needs someone who can replace Rokavica when needed. On defense they seem to focus less, but Noble, perhaps, will make a contribution to that part as well.
And one more thing: it is not certain that the noble signing would have taken place in the time of Marco Belbul. This is a byproduct of the change of coaches. Bachar, who came to Haifa with status and promises, has more power. He asked, received, and now needs to be used wisely to achieve his seasonal goal. Everyone knows what she is.
