Two days ago, it expanded its existing contract with Lockheed Martin into the cyber realm, with the latter paying $ 70,000 for critical aviation security software. Both deals are expected to support the company’s top line, ie increase revenue, but more importantly, they have the potential to expand into cyber protection. Future services that a company will provide together with the cyber company with which it will soon merge.

The identity of the company with which ALD will merge is unknown, but it is most likely an existing situation. This is from a simple idea that signing the last two agreements before the price was closed, their publication would cause the price tag on the cyber company to rise in price.

ALD has announced that it is considering a merger of a cyber company subject to an investment of $ 50 million
About a week ago, the company announced that it was conducting preliminary negotiations, in which the possibility of merging the activities of a company in the cyber field, which was established by veterans of elite technology units in the IDF, with an innovative solution for encrypted computing was examined. The controlling shareholders of the cyber company stated that one of the conditions for the possibility of merging the activity is an investment of approximately $ 50 million in the merged company, of which an amount of 20% of the financing round has already been guaranteed, as part of a non-refundable letter of commitment from investors.

The company is considering expanding its operations with Amber Air to other areas of activity, such as upgrading the software to include advanced cyber solutions as early as 2021 with advanced systems that integrate ISA software into encrypted computer systems.

The consideration for the software amounts to approximately 400,000 euros, which the company will recognize in revenues by 2020. The company estimates that the above sale will have a material impact on the company’s results and the company’s ability to sell these solutions to other leading customers worldwide.

Dotan Moshe, Deputy CEO of ALD: “The agreement with Amber Air is another expression of confidence on the part of a significant global customer in the software solutions of IDD Software. We are excited about expanding the use of the platform we have created and look forward to working with Amber Air and other companies.
Amber Air has decided to adopt the Integrated Safety Assessment Tool (ISA) software solutions. This software enables safety analyzes for complex systems, a feature required today, among other things, in aircraft licensing processes. The software consists of a number of modules with unique algorithms for quantitative analysis of the subsidiary, ALD Software. ”
