Wolfsburg continues to speak loudly at the top. The Greens hosted Arminia Bielefeld from the bottom tonight (Friday), defeating them 0: 3 at the end of a one-sided display. In doing so, they temporarily climbed to third place in the table. Wolfsburg recorded a 9th straight game without a loss and hope for the stumbling block of their rivals at the top to stay third.

Bielefeld did not make life easy for the visitors at first, but despite that, Wolfsburg managed to conquer and release the dam on the way to victory. Renato Stefan was the hot man with a big double (47, 29), and Maximilian Arnold joined in the celebration as he stabbed the third in the 55th minute and sealed the game.

Brest – Lyon 3: 2

In the French league, the visitors recovered from the loss to Montpellier and temporarily climbed to first place in the table at the expense of Lille, hoping for the stumbling block of their rival and PSG to establish themselves at the top. The excellent Lucas Pakta opened with a goal in the 9th minute, Blocker Awar doubled 20 minutes later, and Memphis Defay nailed the third with a penalty even before the break. Brest shrunk significantly and was close to balance, but that was not enough. Goals by Brendan Chardonnay (53) and Irwin Cardona (74) set up a dramatic 3: 2.
