The “Israel Canada Hotels” group, which manages the hotel, has signed with the chefs of the “Mahniuda” group, Assaf Granit and Uri Navon, a cooperation agreement in which a chef restaurant will be established alongside the management of the hotel’s culinary aspect. As you may recall, only this weekend did Assaf Granit’s Parisian “Broken” restaurant win a Michelin star.
The hotel, which is undergoing a massive renovation under the award-winning hotel architect Saar Tzafrir and will open in May 2021, has a private beach and interesting history. “Israel Canada Hotels” led by Reuven Alex began more than a year ago with a massive and thorough renovation of the hotel with an investment of about NIS 50 million in order to turn it into a luxury hotel.

The restaurant menu, which will be available to hotel guests as well as pre-order for outside guests, will consist of dishes by Assaf Granit around the world combining local flavors, in addition to which a restaurant will be set up on the water in the pool, and an evening bar. In addition, the renovation includes, in addition to the establishment of restaurants, the reconstruction of rooms that include garden rooms, suites and public spaces, including a spa, a treatment center and a thermo-mineral pool.
