Marco Gampolo’s bulls missed an opportunity to climb over the red line in front of Spezia, who was left with 10 players after just eight minutes, following the dismissal of Luca Viniali on a red card. Now, Torino is in 18th place with 13 points, a point and a game less than Genoa in 17th place above the red line.

Sampdoria – Udinese 1: 2
The host completed a second victory in the last three rounds and climbed to 10th place. After a zeroed first half, this Rodrigo Paul jumped on a rebound in the box and made it 0-1 to Udinese in the 55th minute. However, Sampdoria did not give up and an accurate penalty by Antonio Canderba (who scored in Pananka) equalized, before Ernesto Torgrosa completed a makeover in the 81st minute. Following the result, Udinese closes seven games without a win and is 3 points away from the red line.
