Before the Six-Man Tag Team Game of the Night with The Elite, Don Callis inspired the journey to individual entrances, a bit of a treat with the EVP of Impact Wrestling that is likely to make an impact later in the special story seo.

As it turned out, it was all like Callis Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson could produce. Callis starred in The Good Brothers as The Young Bucks and Tony Khan looked embarrassed from a backstage.

The face for the game? Griff Garrison, Brian Pillman Jr., and Danny Limelight.

The heels overcame the infants carried over from the opening bell until Limelight left the Omega reel. Gallows shook him with a big shoe but Garrison and Pillman threw him to the floor. After a brief move with the kids, Omega and Co. took over. over, knocking down and parting Limelight through the picture-in-picture commercial break.

Limelight walked the ropes to avoid Omega, came with headscissors, and flew the world champion AEW. Limelight tagged Pillman, who resembled his father and went up in the air as Flying Bryan, sweeping Anderson out and wiping Omega off the aprons.

Pillman and Garrison got close to falling on Anderson but a missed shower in the corner left the latter prone to a three-on-one attack with the heels. Anderson tried for the Gun Stun on Fort William but the young star got away with it and put Limelight back in the ring.

Limelight fell into disrepair for the Magic Killer, however, when world champion AEW and Impact tag team champions picked up the win.

After the bell, Jon Moxley entered Daily’s Place through the stands and hit the ring, going straight for Omega. Despite his tenure, Moxley found himself knocked down. The Mice Bros came to the aid of Moxley and AEW, fighting against Gallows and Anderson.

Moxley went off at Omega when the green room was emptied. Moxley fired Omega, just to save the Young Bucks. Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix wiped out Matt and Nick Jackson with superkicks and all hell broke loose.

In the uproar, Omega and Callis returned, staying to fight another day while the ring was filled with AEW rivals. Anderson and Gallow walked through the stands, just as they arrived.

Analysis

This was the right time for Rich Swann and The Motor City Machine Guns to appear and target Omega, Gallows and Anderson, just days before Impact Wrestling’s Hard to Kill was a pay-per-view.

Not knowing the relationship and agreement between AEW and Victory, however, this was his next favorite as Anderson and Gallows got their exposure and the name of their company out there.

The game itself was a tough game that allowed the young kids to engage in more offense than you would expect, all of them putting enough heels.

Brutal Moxley is a good Moxley and had the “no F given” approach in hitting the ring despite the number of disadvantages of the brand. Here’s hoping he and Omega can deliver on the intensity they’ve built throughout their conflict because if they can, their next game is going to be incredibly exciting.
