AEW Dynamite: Darby Allin defends title, backed by Sting

March 25 (UPI) – TNT Champion Darby Allin defended his title against John Silver at The Dark Order in the AEW Dynamite main event.

Silver pulled out all the stops to try to defeat Allin, who would not stay down. Allin cut silver outside the ring and fell into the steel barricade.

Silver group The Dark Order then surrounded Allin, who brought out his companion Sting. The professional guard legend stood next to the entrance ramp with his signature basketball bat to make sure the game went down smoothly.

The camp launched itself at The Dark Order with a high rope Hit Coffin, with Allin falling into the majority of group members. Allin later won the match with Code Red to remain the TNT Winner.

Silver was later honored by Allin and Sting. Matt Hardy then jumped over the barricade and grabbed Allin, leading to a big brawl.

Hardy led his companions, The Butcher, The Blade and The Bunny’s Private Party to fight with Allin, Sting and The Dark Order. Tay Conti also joined the fight to attack The Bunny when Dynamite went off the air.

Also on Dynamite, the AEW Kenny Omega World Championship was in action against Matt Sydal. If Sydal could win, he would win a future tournament match against Omega.

Sydal managed to land a light spinning, but Omega survived. Sydal then attempted Meteora to counter Omega by delivering two V-Triggers.

Omega stopped Sydal from performing Shooting Star Press and delivered the third V-Trigger and then the One-Winged Angel to win the game.

The first game was at Pinnacle, a new MJF group that also includes FTR’s Dax Hardwood and Cash Wheeler, Shawn Spears, Wardlow and manager Tully Blanchard, as a group on Dynamite.

FTR and Spears joined Griff Garrison and Brian Pillman Jr. of The Varsity Blonds alongside Dante Martin. MJF, Wardlow and Blanchard saw the game from the ring side.

Spears won the match for The Pinnacle after landing the C4 Death Valley Driver on Martin. Wardlow later attacked Pillman as The Pinnacle I spoke Tony Schiavone.

MJF made fun of Chris Jericho, The Inner Circle and said he will have a gift for The Pinnacle next week.

Other times from Dynamite included Hangman Adam Page defeating Cezar Bononi; Lance Archer calling Sting; Dr Britt Baker bangs on the history she made last week at her main event match against Thunder Rosa; Christian Cage challenges Frankie Kazarian to next week ‘s game; QT Marshall and Cody Rhodes agree to have a show game; Tay Conti defeats Nyla Rose; and Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix ​​of The Lucha Brothers and Laredo Kid beat AEW World Tag Team Championships Matt and Nick Jackson of The Young Bucks and Brandon Cutler.

Laredo Kid won the match after a Spanish Fly on Cutler. Omega ran down to the ring after that and attacked Laredo Kid before calling on the Young Bucks come back to it.

Omega wanted the Young Bucks to throw up their signature hand move, but the Young Bucks walked away with Cutler. The Mouse Brothers then attacked Omega before his friends, the Good Brothers, arrived.
