1. Students in grades 7-10 will return to study in the same areas where the studies for the other classes take place (“green”, “yellow” and “borderline oranges” (the grade is 7 at most and the vaccination rate in those aged 50+ is 70% and above).

• The study will take place in regular groups of up to 20 students per group, at least two days a week.
• Schools will be open 6 days a week.

Open field activity
It will be possible in all localities, in a group of 20 participants at most, including staff members
One-day trips in the open
It will be possible to have a one-day trip in an open area, without accommodation, in all localities. The trip will be with the same regular groups in which you study routinely with regular staff members, without the turnover of staff members or students between the groups.
Special education
All special education frameworks in green, yellow and excluded orange localities will return to a full activity format (including Fridays), in accordance with the regular hours system.
In red and orange localities, learning will continue in the current format of activities: for five / six days a week, no later than 14:00 noon. In addition, students in personal integration in the framework of regular education will continue to study according to the personal program tailored to them.

It will be possible to open higher education institutions, training institutions and post-secondary Torah institutions for students with a green mark only (provided that the institutions ensure the existence of distance learning for students without a green mark), under these similar conditions: up to 300 people and no more than 75% occupancy Of at least four meters between the teacher / lecturer and the students, hanging a sign on an institution that operates in accordance with the green sign.

Boarding schools up to high school age will be able to operate in the “open” or “closed” track, similar to high school boarding schools.
4. The limit for participation in courses and practical training for adults will increase to 20 participants instead of 10.

7. It will be possible to study from grades one to six, and eleven to twelve in educational institutions where the “Magen Hinuch” program was held last week.

3. Up to 5% of participants will be able to enter by presenting a negative test result. The owner of the hall will be required to establish a mechanism that will ensure that there is no deviation of 5%.
Restaurants:
1. Sitting inside – for those with a green mark only. Quantity limit: up to 75% occupancy and no more than 100 people. Sitting outside – there is no obligation to present a green sign. Quantity limit: up to 100 people.
2. Maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters between tables and appointing a usher whose job it is to keep the distance.
3. Bars: Keep a distance of 2 meters and at least an empty chair between the people (except those who live together).
Hotels:
The dining room can be operated. Quantity limit: up to 50% occupancy and no more than 300 people.
Cultural events, sports and conferences:
1. Occupancy limit: up to 500 indoors and up to 750 people in open space.
2. In a hall or stadium over 10,000 seats: up to 1,000 people indoors and up to 1,500 people in an open space.
3. Sale of tickets in advance only, seating in marked places, it is possible to stand near the seat, it is not possible to hold an event or performance while standing and without marked seats. The event will take place without dancing, without the sale and serving of food and drink, a ban on eating on the spot, as well as a duty to keep a distance.

Entry and exit to and from Israel:
