‘I had a Collagen Beauty Chef supplement once a day, the Cleanse powder in my smoothies and the Glow powder all week.
‘I cut out my expensive (very expensive) skin care, I went completely natural and I can’t believe the difference.’
The Beauty Chef was founded in 2009 by Carla Oates of Sydney, after Carla healed her own family’s skin issues and discovered that bright beautiful skin begins with healthy sculpting.
Glow Inner Beauty Powder ($ 65) is a daily beauty powder containing 18 proven organic whole foods including bio-ferment maqui berries, queen garnet plum and pomegranate fruit skin extract, vitamin C and zinc – they all work wonders for the skin.
The other two products Monique swears are the Collagen Inner Beauty Boost ($ 45) and Cleanse Inner Beauty Essential ($ 65).
Cleanse is an alkalizing supply of super-greens that are rich in digestive enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics, while Collagen is a dense vegan drink with vitamin C.
It can be mixed with water and enjoy warm or cold.

Monique is not the only one who has been successful with The Beauty Chef.
Dozens of others have shared snaps on Facebook and Instagram to show how the brand’s products have cleared up their long-standing skin problems.
Reviews on The Beauty Chef’s website are also glowing.
‘I’ve been taking this combo for the last two years and I know they contribute to my health and wellbeing both inside and out,’ said one woman.
‘I’m often asked how to keep my “cry” and these results are a key element. Stay tuned! ‘
Another said: ‘These results have a direct impact. I love the look of my skin, hair and nails’.

‘So much of what goes into our digestive system can affect our skin.’
