A single line from ‘WandaVision’ picked up a Hilarious Meme on Twitter

The Cinematic Marmat Universe is notorious for receiving too much praise from fans and critics; the franchise is so popular that every memorable moment tends to provoke a rather intense reaction.

The franchise is equally famous for attracting a level of cinephiles (famously, Martin Scorsese), who tend to be plagued by the way Disney has monopolized the theater, creating a collection line of content with their MCU merchant engine.

So one tweet, shaping one of Vision ‘s lines from WandaVision as a kind of interesting masterpiece, it went very quickly.

The tweet perfectly embodied “Marvel mania,” i.e., the praise hype aimed at the Disney golden goose. It’s a nice line, I believe, but the story is almost about screenwriting; One Twitter user even posted “deep thought sadness” to Google, and found plenty of Instagram values expressing similar feelings.

The rest of Twitter quickly went to work, mocking the original tweet.

Although, not everyone saw the funny joke; we live in draining, difficult times, and some people just want to enjoy their Marvel content without mercifully mocking the internet.

To be fair, much of the exaggerated praise aimed at the MCU seems to have been written by teenagers – it’s no surprise that such a popular franchise encourages engaging reactions. And on the internet, reactions tend to be reduced to a binary of love and hate; little attention is paid to lukewarm.

The Marvel movies and shows are either the biggest story ever told, or they are sugar-covered physical sludge. But most viewers don’t care about this little internet junk – they just want to see something with their kids that won’t make them fall asleep on the sofa.

For what it’s worth, I think Marvel likes it the most for what it is; a fun slice of escapism, with familiar characters and cool concepts. The super fans are obsessively funny, but they don’t really represent the general viewer.

They do, however, make a good meme.
