A shooting incident in Jaljulia: A 14-year-old man was shot dead, another fatally wounded

Preliminary investigation details revealed that the two young men were sitting near their home when an unknown person suddenly emerged and opened fire at them. He then fled the scene.

A senior MDA paramedic, Atef Salem, said: “When we arrived at the scene, there was a great commotion. The two wounded were lying on the road suffering gunshot wounds. We immediately began life-saving medical treatment that included stopping bleeding and resuscitation in a young man who was without a pulse and without breathing. We quickly put them in an intensive care unit and evacuated them to the hospital while continuing life-saving operations. ”
