A brand new version of TikTok’s viral pasta brings new life to the popular dish

An Australian home chef has added his own delicious twist to the TikTok viral pasta recipe.

The original viral video sees cherry and feta tomatoes baked in the oven, then the pasta is stirred with water before being cooked again to make a simple, tasty meal.

But the TikTok star behind the ‘cookwithayeh’ channel decided that the dish could be made in a different way – using mushrooms and spinach instead.

Then once it comes out Ayeh mixes the now soft, melted feta through the rest of the ingredients.

She also adds a few cups of baby spinach to the dish before pouring the pasta on top of it.

She add water again and then puts the dish in the oven again.

When he comes out he looks creamy and tasty, and her face shows her pleasure as she takes her first bite.

To make the delicious food, Melinda preheated the oven at 220 degrees Celsius and placed the feta and tomatoes in a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil.

She then added a sprinkle of Italian herbs, salt and pepper and garlic mince before cooking for 25 minutes.

While the ingredients were baking in the oven, she prepared the pasta.

Once the feta was yellow, she used a potato masher to mash the cherry and feta tomatoes together.

The pasta was then drained and squeezed into the feta mixture along with a cup of pasta water for flavor.

The chicken was cooked in the pressure cooker with stock water, salt and pepper, Italian mixed herbs and Vegeta seasoning for 25 minutes.

The pressure cooker machine cooks the food at a faster speed compared to a conventional oven.

When the meat was ready Melinda used two beaks to cut the chicken into pieces to add to the pasta.
