The transaction will be made at a total value after the merger of $ 145.3 million and the holding rate of HUB shareholders in the company after the allotment is expected to be approximately 51% without full dilution.
As reported, the company plans to raise about $ 50 million from investors who have expressed interest in investing and injecting funds in favor of the company’s operations in the amount of about $ 40 million. According to a preliminary estimate obtained from the parent shareholders, during the twelve months from the date of completion of the merger, the company intends to invest in global marketing as well as in research and development of an estimated US $ 20 million, aimed at significantly increasing corporate clients worldwide.
HUB has an advanced encrypted computing solution for companies and organizations that aims to prevent hostile intrusion and protect sensitive commercial information. The company was established in 2017 by veterans of elite intelligence units in the IDF and employs about 25 people.
