While the winners of both Royal Rumble games have sparked controversy over winning their battle kingdoms, several more shows are coming out of the 2021 Royal Rumble PPV.
Kevin Owens’ controversy with Roman Reigns seems to be over, as is MacIntyre’s controversy with Goldberg about respect. The Legend of WWE and the mainstream camp showed each other courage after MacIntyre hosted the WWE Tournament to open the main show.
Some controversies are likely to continue. Edge and Randy Orton started and finished the Royal Rumble game. The Rated-R Superstar will need another maids with Orton en route to WrestleMania, so that WWE can recapture that controversy.
Corbin and the Mysterios continued to fight each other at the PPV, so that could continue as well.
Lacey Evans and Charlotte Flair kept their sparring going through the Women’s Tag Team title game and the Royal Rumble. RETRIBUTION vs New Day will go further since Big E eliminated Mustafa Ali after Ali eliminated Xavier Woods.

But these are ongoing controversies. A number of new games arose as a result of events at PPV Royal Rumble 2021. Here are six possible controversies that may arise from the event.
