SIR ORANGE, Fla. – Two people were taken to hospital Wednesday morning after an accident involving an Orange County patrol vehicle.
The crash happened around just before 11am at the busy intersection of Colonial Drive and Econlockhatchee Trail in Union Park. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said two vehicles were involved in the crash.

According to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol, the courier, who had the lights and her horn at the time, was driving west Colonial and trying to turn left in the left row. when the front of the other driver’s vehicle hit the right side of the deputy commander’s voyage. The deputy commander’s vehicle then struck two other vehicles parked in the tracks north of Chickasaw Road, according to the report.
The messenger was briefly unconscious and was taken to hospital, tropical soldiers said. The other driver was injured who was not lifeless and was also hospitalized.
Sky 6 was flown over the scene where Orange County sheriff’s deputies saw the crash at work. The top of the van appeared to be completely torn apart, with the broken glass around the watch.
The crash is still under investigation.
