For a film This is the end apparently not the omega for Emma Watson and Seth Rogen’s friendship.
In an interview for British GQ In the May issue, Rogen confirmed an event with a long rumor involving Emma Watson. Apparently a bit of cannibal and gimp didn’t include something she wanted to be attached to, so she walked off the set after refusing to be part of the scene.
The film was about six Los Angeles celebrities who take to James Franco’s house after the apocalypse and feature Danny McBride as the cannibal and Channing Tatum as the gimp leashed in a leather mask.
The film marked the first directing tour for Rogen and Evan Goldberg, who cooked the Superbad and Pineapple Express.
Watson’s incident is real, Rogen said, but there are no hard feelings.
“I mean, I don’t look back on that and think, ‘How is she doing that? ‘ You know? I think sometimes when you read something, when it comes to life it doesn’t seem to be what you thought it was, ”he said.
“But it was not a terrible end to our relationship. She came back the next day to say goodbye. She helped promote the film. There were no hard feelings and I wouldn’t be so happy with how the film eventually went out. ”
Oh, and Watson had a point, he said, and the view was changed thanks to her complaints.
“Maybe she was right. Maybe it was more fun as we ended up doing it. “
