Sony’s Play at Home 2021 program has just downloaded a new batch of 9 PS4 / PS5 games for free that anyone can download for free, no PlayStation Plus membership required.
If you’ve been complaining for a good indie or VR game, you’re in for a treat. From now until April 22 at 11:59 pm PT, the following games are available as free downloads from the PlayStation Store, via the ‘Play at Home’ tab: The Witness, Abzu, Enter the Gungeon, Rez Infinite ( Optional VR), Subnautica, Astro Bot Rescue Mission (VR), Moss (VR), Thumper (VR), and Paper Beast (VR).
The above list of free PS4 games offers a lot of variety, whether you’re looking for a mind-blowing puzzle game (look at you, The Witness) or something that scared you senselessly (gave our Subnautica review named it a “must-play” for 2018 “but also said it’s” very much a real night “).
What, you don’t want to be upset OR scared? Jeez, picky crowd. Well, you also have Rez Infinite, the psychedelic on-rail hunter who gave us 5/5 stars back in 2016, the deep-sea adventure Abzu, or “the most admirable bullet hell shooter in the world -world ”Enter the Gungeon.
Really, you can’t seem to go wrong with any of these free games (they are free of charge, After all). I’ve played a lot of Moss and found that it’s an engaging VR romp that won’t make you dizzy like a lot of other VR games. And remember, since membership is not required, PS4 and PS5 players can download any of the above games for reservation. Grab the best free grip for as long as you can still.
If that’s not enough, here’s the 25 best free games you can play right now.
