Doron Shaharbani will serve as chairman of the local branch of the accounting firm Ernest Young in Israel, replacing Ronen Barel, who will retire.
Barel served in the position for 14 years, replacing the fact that the rabbi has been employed by the firm for 35 years, and in 2007, two decades after joining, he was appointed managing partner alongside Titz. Shulman, who will now also be a managing partner, joined Anrest Yand Israel about 20 years ago and was the first to manage the firm’s tax desk in the United States, as well as managing the International Taxation Department.

Ernest Young is the largest accounting firm and financial consulting firm in the country, and employs about 2,000 employees and about 120 partners. The global firm employs over 300,000 partners and employees in about 150 countries.
