Publishes its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2020 and for the entire year: Revenue for the quarter grew by 22% to a total of NIS 273.8 million, compared to NIS 225.1 million in the corresponding quarter (attributed to organic growth along with the absorption of Salos activity), and net profit increased by 46 % To NIS 8.3 million, compared with NIS 5.7 million in the corresponding quarter. It has just announced two significant deals: the acquisition of 20% of the German telemedicine company from Flex for 6.5 million euros and the acquisition (75%) of the control of AML (American Medical for Bortoris), which is the largest private medical laboratory in Israel, for NIS 20.6 million.
